The meat is cooked before it is added to the rice. I just cook or saute up the meat before and then add it in.

Are the meats in this recipe fried, baked, boiled. I want to use shrimp. Do I sauté them or what.

Made this last night to go with Honey Sriracha Wings, Egg Drop Soup, and Japanese Cucumber Salad.
There was not a grain of rice left!!
